These Terms govern your use of MicDrop (the "App"), provided by Twisted Lunacy (ABN 21 979 134 918). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using it you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the platform you obtained the App from (Google Play or the Apple App Store).
You are responsible for any account you create, including all activity that occurs under it. Keep your credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at privacy@indrevo.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase, processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your store account settings. Refund requests are handled by the respective store; we cannot directly process refunds.
Prices and entitlements are as displayed at the time of purchase. We may change prices for future billing periods with advance notice.

The App, including all code, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by Twisted Lunacy and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twisted Lunacy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other consumer-protection law applicable to you.
You may stop using the App and delete it at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for legitimate operational reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app and, where required, by email. Continued use of the App after a change takes effect is acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of that jurisdiction, except that consumers may have rights to bring claims in their country of residence under local consumer-protection law.
