This policy explains what personal information Nomad Ledger (the "App") collects, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It applies to version 1.0.0 of the App as published on Google Play and the Apple App Store, and any direct distribution via https://indrevo.com.

Some of the third-party services listed above operate servers outside Australia (notably the United States and the European Union). Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by the contractual safeguards required by those providers, including (where applicable) the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Nomad Ledger is intended for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under that age.

We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide the App, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Account data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion, except where law requires longer retention.
We use industry-standard measures including TLS for data in transit, encrypted databases, access controls, and security monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access.
The App is not made available in the following jurisdictions due to legal or sanctions restrictions: IR, KP, SY.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app and, where required, by email. The version and effective date below identify the current policy.
This policy is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
